Radio Communication Solutions obtains ISO 9001 accreditation from Sci-Qual international. In an effort to provide better service to our customers RCS has implemented a Quality Management System as a tool in achieving best practice outcomes across the organisation & this also ensures continuous improvement. The purpose of this policy is to confirm our commitment to meeting the quality standards expected by our customers in the delivery of products and/or services that we supply. This will enable us to better meet & ultimately exceed our customers’ expectations.
The quality management system will provide mechanisms for detecting system shortfalls & for stimulating process improvements. Radio Communication Systems will adopt procedures & disciplines to ensure that the system is effectively implemented by undertaking relevant skills training and conducting appropriate quality awareness training. Accountability for quality is established by communicating these responsibilities clearly too all employees. The policy continues to be appropriate by initiating regular reviews to check its effectiveness and ongoing relevance.
